Southern California Gray Line accepts cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation Policy
All Tours
If cancelling with 24 hours notice or longer = full refund issued, minus a $5.00 per person non-refundable fee.
If cancelling the day before the tour date = 50% refund issued.
If cancelling the day of the tour = No refund issued.
Disneyland Resort Express
Refunds will not be issued. Southern California Gray Line is not liable for additional costs including alternative transportation due to circumstances beyond its control.

Reservation Information
Advance reservations are required 48 hours prior to departures for all tours. Reservation details are located on the tour detail page of each tour.

Courtesy at Tour Stops
During your tour, please check your watch at each stop and return to the bus promptly at the time advised to you by your driver. The tour bus must stay on schedule at all times - we wouldn't want you to be left behind!
Lost & Found
Please be sure to check for personal items before exiting any vehicle. Southern California Grayline is not responsible for any items left on our vehicles.
Suggested Attire
For day tours, casual, comfortable clothes and walking shoes are advised. For evening tours, warm clothing is suggested.
